Jane Eyre
It's been a while since I've posted and feels great to write something again (technically writing, actually typing).
So I still have this obsession with the book I'm reading. I am halfway through Jane Eyre, and I just absolutely love it, it's ineffable how much I love this book. Charlotte Bronte has not disappointed me at all throughout the whole entire book (not a single time). Since the very first word I read, I fell in love immediately. They say love at first sight isn't real and that true love doesn't exist either. Well, they're mistaken. I can not put this book down and each day, I always look forward to reading it (even though there is a plethora of vocabulary I do not know and have to look up in the dictionary every few seconds).
You don't need a huge amount of vocabulary to understand what's going on in the book. You can get the general picture. And the way that Bronte writes is so fascinating and alluring. I can't, I just can't. It's such a beautiful book. I wish I understood every single one of the words I come across.

Most Beautiful Korean song ever
The song 'lucky' by Ashily is by far, one of the most beautiful songs ever. The lyrics are pretty simple but there's just something about it that cuts deep into you.
I don't understand korean but the very first time I heard the song, I cried and I never got over it. It is just so beautiful. If you look up the lyrics, it might make the song a lot better.
It's much better if the lyrics speak to you and you're connected to it in some way.
I strongly recommend listening to it. It may be kind of old but some songs always stay with me and never get old. This is one of them.

Road Trip - Hickory Run State Park
I haven't posted anything about my fantastic summer road trip. So this here is a photo of a part of Hickory Run State Park in Pennsylvania. By far, my favorite park that I've ever been to. I even love this better than Central Park. We mostly took pictures in this beautiful place (like we did on most of the road trip).
We weren't able to get that much sleep since we had a small amount of time to travel to all these states.
And then there was this waterfall. Not too grand but still very lovely. I would have walked on it like my mom and sister did but injured toe hindered me from doing so. And I'm very clumsy so, it was very likely that I would have fell. In case you ever decide to go here, don't walk on the waterfall! It's forbidden.
And then the best part...
This here, you guys, is completely natural. A WHOLE ENTIRE PLACE FILLED WITH ROCKS. Unfortunately, my toe again hindered me from going far. So, I just sat somewhere near the entrance while the rest of my family walked VERY FAR. I was stuck with huge spiders and other creatures. My sister came across a snake!
If you look closely, you can see a name inscribed on a rock. Yes, people have died here and were buried there too. How lovely it is to die here. To die by your side is such a heavenly way to die. The rocks I mean.
So, I highly suggest going to this place. If you live in Pennsylvania or near Pennsylvania, you're so lucky! I promise, you won't regret it - unless you're not into nature or taking pictures or hiking or picnicking.

Beauty is in The Eye of The Beholder
I should be doing my homework right now but a thought hindered me from doing so.
I was just thinking about the people in my school and then I thought about some random girl that's in a few of my classes. My gay best friend knows her and I remember him and two other friends of his talking about her at my last school. So, I just saw this girl for the first time in person on the first day of school. First thing I thought was, 'wow, she's so pretty' and then I started comparing myself to her. And I've realized comparing myself to other girls doesn't bother me as much anymore. Why? How? Because I have so much more confidence in myself now.
I am ME. I like being me. Nobody is meer than me. Those girls are beautiful in one way and I'm beautiful in another way. 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder'. I Always have to keep that in mind. And I have been repeating that to myself for a while now and it actually helps me.
These days, there is always an emphasis on loving your body and the way you look. For anyone that doesn't understand still and has low self confidence, LOVE YOURSELF. You're beautiful and you were made by God for a reason. God thought you were lovely when he first created you. Looking down upon yourself is looking down upon God's creation because God created you. You are a piece of art. Every blemish, every piece of flesh, was all painted to make you and like that quote says 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder'.
